TRANSFERRING TICKET TO SAME EVENT DIFFERENT DATES If you purchased tickets for the wrong dates, you can transfer your ticket as long as the event hasn't happened yet and your ticket hasn't been scanned. Transfers must be done at least 24 hours before the event. Here's how: 1. Find your ticket    - Check the confirmation email from Eventbrite for the link "View and manage your online order."    - Or log in to your Eventbrite account and select "Tickets." 2. Transfer your ticket     - Click on TRANSFER.    - Select CHANGE EVENT.    - Choose your new date/time and click CONTINUE.    - Pick the ticket type, then click CONTINUE.    - Confirm your details and click CONTINUE TRANSFER. **Note:** Transfers must be done on a computer or mobile device, not through the Eventbrite app. If you encounter an error, it might be because there wasn't enough time for the transfer to process as the event is too close to the time you are processing a transfer. In this case, you would have to reach out to us via info@blackintravel.com. Please note that you have to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Keep in mind that our office is closed from Friday through Sunday morning, so emails sent on Friday will be responded to by Sunday evening.
